Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню правової природи предмета злочину, його характеристик (ознак), видів, співвідношення з об’єктом складу злочину та з’ясування місця предмета злочину в структурі складу злочину. The article is devoted to the research of the legal nature of the crime subject, its characteristics (features), species, the relationship with the object of the crime and the location of the crime subject in the structure of corpus delicti.
