Abstract
У статті розглядаються питання, що стосуються визначення співвідношення понять «послуга» і «обслуговування». Запропоновані вченими-цивілістами підходи до встановлення сутності понять «послуга» і «обслуговування». Досліджуються особливості правових категорій «послуга» і «обслуговування». The article considers issues related to the determination of the correlation of concepts “service” and “servicing”. The approaches put forward by scientist-civilians to the establishment of the essence of concepts of “service” and “servicing” are analysed. Features of legal categories of “services” and “servicing” are studied.
