| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено поняття та систему правових форм використання земельних ділянок для туризму. Обґрунтовано висновок про доцільність виділення у складі національного земельного фонду України такої групи земель, як землі для туризму. Ця група розглядається як «міжкатегоріальна», оскільки включає не лише земельні ділянки із числа земель рекреаційного призначення, але й призначені чи придатні для потреб здійснення туристичної діяльності землі зі складу інших категорій. Встановлено, що землі для туризму умовно можна поділити на дві складові частини: 1) земельні ділянки, які мають переважне туристично-господарське призначення; 2) земельні ділянки, які можуть обмежено використовуватись для туризму у поєднанні з їх експлуатацією за основним цільовим призначенням. The article deals with the notion and system of legal forms of land use for tourism. The paper substantiates the inference to distinguish in the National Land Fund of Ukraine such a group of lands as lands for tourism. This group is considered to be “inter-category”, as it includes not only land plots from the number of recreational lands, but also lands designated or suitable for the needs of tourism activities from other categories. It is established that land for tourism can be of two types: 1) land plots that have a predominant tourist and economic purpose; 2) land plots that can be used for tourism to a limited extent in combination with their operation for the main purpose. | |
