Abstract
Стаття присвячена характеристиці структури суб’єкта надання адміністративних послуг у сфері освітньої діяльності як елементу його адміністративно-правового статусу. Охарактеризовано структурний блок адміністративно-правового статусу суб’єкта надання адміністративних послуг у галузі здійснення освітньої діяльності. Окреслено проблематику та напрями подальшого вироблення теоретичного підґрунтя вдосконалення структури суб’єкта надання зазначених послуг. The article is devoted to the description of the structure of the entity providing administrative services in the field of educational activity as an element of its administrative and legal status. The structural unit of the administrative-legal status of the subject of providing administrative services in the field of educational activities is described. The problems and directions of further development of the theoretical basis for improvement of the structure of the subject of provision of the specified services are outlined.
