Abstract
Метою дослідженняє аналіз наявногодосвіду та сучасного стану протидії наркозлочинності в Україні, дослідження етапів становлення, реформування, подальших напрямів удосконалення діяльності органів і підрозділів Національної поліції України в протидії незаконному обігу наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин та прекурсорів. Методологія. Для вивчення проблем використано загальні таспеціально-правові методи: порівняльно-правовий, системно-структурний і системного аналізу, прийоми наукового пізнання, застосування яких обумовлене метою та завданнями дослідження. Thepurpose of the studyis to analyze the previous experience and current state in countering drug crime in Ukraine, to study the stages of formation and reform of drug crime counteraction units, to identify further directions for improving the activities of the bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine in the fight against illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors. Methodology. To study the problems, general and special legal methods were used: comparative and legal, systemic and structural and systemic analysis, methods of scientific knowledge, the use of which is determined by the purpose and objectives of the study.
