Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу поняття професійної злочинності: злочинність – це відносно самостійний вид злочинної діяльності, котрий на практиці здійснюється злочинцем у межах його незмінної спеціалізації та зростаючої злочинної кваліфікації, будучи для нього промислом, результати якого є основним чи додатковим джерелом його існування, а також є показником, на підставі якого злочинець тією чи іншою мірою просувається по кар’єрній драбині кримінального світу, до якого належить безпосередньо чи опосередковано. The article deals with the analysis of the concept of professional crime is a relatively independent type of criminal activity, which is practiced by the criminal, within the limits of his constant specialization and growing criminal qualification, being for him an industry, the results of which is the main or additional source of its existence, and is an indicator , on the basis of which the offender in one way or another advances the career ladder of the criminal world, to which he belongs directly or indirectly.
