Abstract
У статті проаналізовано порядок вступу осіб з інвалідністю на державну службу. Розкрито соціальний контекст діяльності держави щодо працевлаштування осіб з інвалідністю. Досліджено особливості правового регулювання вступу осіб з інвалідністю на державну службу в системі правосуддя. The article analyzes the procedure of entry of persons with disabilities into the civil service. The social context of the state’s activity concerning the employment of persons with disabilities is disclosed. The peculiarities of legal regulation of the entry of persons with disabilities into the civil service in the justice system are investigated.
