| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблемних питань залучення спеціаліста та експерта для визначення розміру матеріальних збитків у кримінальному провадженні. Констатовано недосконалість законодавства щодо неможливості призначення слідчим та прокурором ревізії (перевірки) в межах кримінального провадження, а також необхідність зміни підходів до збирання доказів під час розслідування економічних злочинів з огляду на високий ступінь їх латентності. The article is devoted to the study of the problematic issues of involving a specialist and an expert to determine the size of material damages in criminal proceedings. The imperfection of the legislation regarding the impossibility of appointing the investigator and prosecutor to audit (inspection) within the framework of criminal proceedings, as well as the need to change the approaches to gathering evidence during the investigation of economic crimes due to the high degree of their latency, was noted. | |
