| dc.description.abstract | Сучасна злочинність постійно змінюється з розвитком суспільства. Ці зміни відбуваються за короткий час і мають складний та часто непередбачуваний характер. Криміногенна ситуація в Україні за роки її незалежності зазнавала значних змін щодо динаміки та структури злочинності. Однак вона залишається ще більш ускладненою через накладення звичайних криміногенних процесів на фундаментальні соціально-економічні перетворення, які відбувалися й відбуваються у країні.
