| dc.description.abstract | Розглядаються питання, пов’язані з тим, що в сучасний період в Україні спостерігається велика різниця між тією моделлю суспільних відносин у сфері політики, яка формується приписами українського законодавства про політичні права і свободи, та дійсною життєвою ситуацією в цій сфері. Виокремлюються тенденції, що з’являються в суспільному житті, які будуть свідчити про зацікавленість громадян у демократичному суспільстві. Досліджується процес практичного втілення механізму реалізації політичних прав і свобод громадян у систему нормативних актів, які в сукупності створюють чинне законодавство країни. Визначається, що поява в суспільному житті тенденцій, які будуть свідчити про зацікавленість громадян у демократичному суспільстві, якраз і зможе забезпечити виникнення умов, які є необхідними для того, щоби збільшення самосвідомості людей проявилося в їхній активній підтримці демократичних цінностей. Issues related to the fact that in the modern period in Ukraine there is a big difference between the model of public relations in the field of politics, which is formed by the provisions of Ukrainian legislation on political rights and freedoms and the real life situation in this area. The tendencies which appear in a public life which will testify to interest of citizens in a democratic society are allocated. The process of practical implementation of the mechanism of realization of political rights and freedoms of citizens in the system of normative acts, which together create the current legislation of the country, is investigated. It is determined that the emergence of trends in public life, which will indicate the interest of citizens in a democratic society, will be able to ensure the emergence of conditions necessary for the increase of people's self-awareness manifested in their active support of democratic values. | |
