Abstract
У статті на основі сучасної слідчо-судової практики та з урахуванням нових тенденцій трансформації характеру терористичних загроз розглянуто особливості способу злочину як основного елемента криміналістичної характеристики терористичних актів. Підкреслюється, що дані про спосіб вчинення злочину висвітлюють функціональний бік злочинної діяльності, її якісну характеристику та слугують ціннісним орієнтиром для практичних працівників під час аналізу вихідної інформації про злочин, його типові ознаки, а також про своєрідність злочинної поведінки особи злочинця та його окремі особистісні якості. In the article, on the basis of modern investigative and judicial practice and taking into account the new trends in the transformation of the nature of terrorist threats, the features of the crime method as the main element of the criminalistic characterization of terrorist acts are considered. It is emphasized that the data on the method of committing the crime highlight the functional side of criminal activity, its qualitative characteristics and serve as a valuable reference point for practical workers during the analysis of the original information about the crime, its typical signs, as well as the peculiarity of the criminal behavior of the criminal and his individual personal qualities.
