Abstract
Проблема забезпечення житлом громадян – одне з найважливіших соціально-економічних завдань кожної держави. Житлові проблеми перебувають у тісному взаємозв’язку з проблемами кризи інституту сім’ї, зниження народжуваності, комфорту та благополуччя життя громадян і як наслідок – задають вектор розвитку суспільства в цілому. Соціальне житло є доступнішим, ніж житло на відкритому ринку. Його можна орендувати у житлових товариств чи рад за зниженою орендною платою, а можна частково продати, частково здати в пайову власність. The problem of providing housing for citizens is one of the most important socio-economic tasks of every state. Housing problems are closely interrelated with the problems of the crisis of the family, reducing the birth rate, comfort and wellbeing of citizens and, as a consequence – set the vector of development of society as a whole. Social housing is more affordable than open market housing. It can be rented from housing associations or councils at a reduced rent, and can be partly sold, partly handed over to share ownership.
