Abstract
Метою статті є дослідження сутності комендантської години як спеціального заходу, а також адміністративно-правових підстав притягнення до відповідальності за її порушення з метою забезпечення громадського порядку та безпеки під час дії воєнного стану. The aim of the article is to study the essence of curfew as a special measure in peacetime and wartime, as well as administrative and legal grounds for prosecution for its violation in order to ensure public order and security during martial law. The origin of the curfew as a special event and the scope of its use in modern conditions has been studied.
