Abstract
У статті досліджуються основні підходи до розуміння поняття договору комерційного представництва. На основі комплексного аналізу теоретичних положень та нормативно-правових актів автор дійшов висновку, що договір комерційного представництва необхідно розглядати як зобов’язальне правовідношення, в якому одна сторона здійснює від імені та коштом іншої сторони юридичні та пов’язані із цим фактичні дії, а друга сторона зобов’язана сплатити за надані послуги. The article examines the main approaches to understanding the concept of a contract of commercial representation. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of theoretical provisions and regulations, the author concluded that essentially the contract of commercial representation should be considered as a obligations legal relationship in which one party exercises legal and related legal actions on behalf and at the expense of the other party and the other party is obliged to pay for the rendered services.
