У даній науковій статті з’ясовано потенційні соціально-правові можливості громадського контролю, що пов’язані з діяльністю, спрямованою на досягнення визначеної у законі мети і реалізації у повному обсязі завдань кримінально-виконавчого законодавства України. This scientific article clarifies the potential social and legal possibilities of public control, which are related to activities aimed at achieving the goal defined in the law and the full implementation of the tasks of the criminal law enforcement of Ukraine.
