| dc.description.abstract | У статті аналізуються положення кримінального, кримінального процесуального та антикорупційного законодавства України в частині регламентації кримінального провадження на підставі угод у сфері протидії корупції. Досліджено законодавство окремих зарубіжних держав в частині регламентації проваджень на підставі угод, виявлено спільне та відмінне у положеннях законодавства цих держав, що регламентують зазначений інститут з відповідними положеннями законодавства України. The article analyses the principles of criminal, criminal procedural and anticorruption legislation of Ukraine in the parts of regulations of criminal proceedings based on agreements in the sphere of countering corruption. Legislation of particular foreign states in the part of regulation of the proceeding based on agreement is researched as well as common and distinct in the principles of legislation principles of the countries that regulate mentioned institution with relevant principles of Ukrainian legislation are uncovered. | |
