Abstract
У статті досліджено кримінальне законодавство радянських часів у період другої половини ХХ століття щодо визначення предмета хабарництва у Кримі- нальному кодексі Української Радянської Соціалістичної Республіки 1960 року, який був розроблений на основі положень кримінального законодавства Союзу Радянських Соціалістичних Республік. У публікації акцентується увага на встановленні змісту цієї об’єктивної ознаки у таких злочинах, як «Одержання хабара», «Посередництво в хабарництві», «Дача хабара» та «Провокація хабара». The presented scientific article examines the criminal legislation of the Soviet era in the second half of the twentieth century, to determine the subject of bribery in the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic of 1960, which was developed on the basis of criminal law of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The publication focuses on establishing the content of this objective feature in such crimes as “Taking a bribe”, “Mediation in bribery”, “Giving a bribe” and “Provoking a bribe”.
