Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню можливих зловживань процесуальними повноваженнями дізнавачем, слідчим, керівником органу досудового розслідування, прокурором, керівником органу прокуратури під час здійснення кримінального процесу в умовах воєнного стану та формуванню механізму щодо їхнього попередження та протидії. The article is devoted to the study of possible abuses of procedural powers by the coroner, investigator, chef of the pre-trial investigation office, prosecutor, chef of the prosecutor’s office during the criminal process in state of war and the formation of a mechanism to prevent and counteract them.
