Abstract
У статті досліджено загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування як базовий елемент сучасної системи соціального захисту населення. Актуальність цієї теми обґрунтовується крізь призму конституційного декларування обов’язкового соціального страхування як гарантії права на соціальний захист. In the article, compulsory state social insurance as a base element of modern system of social protection of the population is investigated. The urgency of this topic is grounded through the prism of constitutional declaring of compulsory social insurance as a guarantee of the right to social protection.
