Abstract
У статті проаналізовано сутність концепції «асиметрії правил допустимості доказів» у кримінальному судочинстві. З цією метою також досліджено допустимість як одну з властивостей доказів, а також її співвідношення з їх належністю та достовірністю. Обґрунтовано висновок про можливість застосування асиметричного підходу до оцінки виправдувальних доказів. The article deals with the essence of the conception of “asymmetry of the rules of evidence admissibility” in criminal justice. With the same aim the admissibility of evidence as one of its qualities is studied, as well as its correlation with the relevance and credibilityis analyzed. The conclusion concerning the possibility of asymmetrical approach to evaluation of exculpatory evidence is substantiated.
