Abstract
У статті проаналізовано місце Департаменту кіберполіції в системі органів Національної поліції України. Акцентовано увагу на відсутності в правовому полі чітко визначеної системи Національної поліції України, у зв’язку із чим серед науковців немає одностайності щодо місця Департаменту кіберполіції в системі органів Національної поліції України. Роль Департаменту кіберполіції визначається через його діяльність, яка орієнтована на виявлення, припинення, розслідування кримінальних і адміністративних правопорушень, що посягають на права та свободи громадян, інтереси держави в інформаційній сфері. The article analyzes the role of the cyber police Department in the system of the national police of Ukraine. Attention is focused on the absence in the legal field of a clearly defined system of the National police of Ukraine, in connection with which among scientists there is no consensus on the place of the Department of cyber police in The system of national police. The place and role of the cyber police Department of Ukraine is determined through its activities, which are focused on the identification, suppression, investigation of criminal and administrative offenses that infringe on the rights and freedoms of citizens, the interests of the state in the information sphere.
