Abstract
У статті представлена наукова методика процесу дослідження й запозичення досвіду держав-членів Європейського Союзу у сфері дії виключного права адвокатів на судове представництво, на основі якої можна буде забезпечити здійснення комплексного та всебічного вивчення цього досвіду та його ефективну імплементацію в Україні. The scientific methodology of the process of researching and borrowing the experience of the member states of the European Union in the sphere of the exclusive lawyer’s right of realizing of judicial representation, on the basis of which it will be possible to ensure the comprehensive study of this experience and its effective implementation in Ukraine is presented in the article.
