| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджуються методологічні проблеми правового регулювання інформаційних відносин у книговидавничій сфері. Охарактеризовано напрями наукової розробки визначеної проблеми. Наголошується, що книговидавнича сфера є потужною інформаційною системою, яка розглядається з позиції системного підходу як сукупність структур, об'єднаних у цілісне утворення, відмітною ознакою якого є наявність інформаційних властивостей і нових інтегративних якостей. Узагальнено наукові підходи щодо вивчення проблем доступу до інформації в книговидавничій сфері та правового регулювання обігу книжкової інформації. Методологічним базисом дослідження є сукупність загальнонаукових та спеціальних методів і прийомів наукового пізнання. The article examines the methodological problems of legal regulation of information relations in the publishing industry. The directions of scientific development of the certain problem are described. It is emphasized that the book publishing sphere is a powerful information system, which is considered from the standpoint of a systematic approach as a set of structures united in a holistic formation, the hallmark of which is the presence of information properties and new integrative qualities. Scientific approaches to the study of problems of access to information in the field of book publishing and legal regulation of the circulation of book information are generalized. The methodological basis of the study is a set of general and special methods and techniques of scientific knowledge. | |
