dc.description.abstractУ статті подано визначення поняття «професійна компетентність викладача», яке розуміється як інтегративне утворення особистості, що поєднує у собі сукупність професійних знань, умінь, навичок, досвіду, ціннісних орієнтацій, мотивів діяльності й особистісних якостей, які дозволяють успішно здійснювати педагогічну діяльність з урахуванням специфіки предмета, що викладається, відповідно до визначених державою освітніх стандартів. Структуру професійної компетентності викладача закладу вищої освіти представлено як сукупність таких складників: мотиваційний, когнітивний, діяльнісний, ціннісно-рефлексивний, емоційно-вольовий, які є взаємопов’язаними та взаємообумовленими. Висвітлюється досвід організації і забезпечення внутрішньоуніверситетського підвищення кваліфікації у закладах вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання. Особливу увагу приділено роботі Школи підвищення педагогічної майстерності, яка діє у Донецькому державному університеті внутрішніх справ. Сформульовано мету навчання, яка полягає у професійному розвитку та підвищенні педагогічної майстерності науково-педагогічних працівників згідно із сучасними вимогами ефективного провадження освітньої діяльності на засадах компетентнісного, інтегрованого, студентоорієнтованого підходів та принципів «педагогіки партнерства». Виділено форми навчання та оцінювання, а саме: інституційну (очну (денну, вечірню) та технології дистанційного навчання. Обрано види навчальних занять, до яких віднесено: лекції, дистанційні курси, семінари, практикуми, тренінги, майстер-класи з використанням сучасних підходів і технік. Сформульовано загальні та фахові компетентності, які мають бути сформовані у викладачів ЗВО зі специфічними умовами навчання, а також програмні результати навчання, на досягнення яких спрямовано навчання у Школі. Схарактеризовано зміст навчання, який охоплює чотири змістові модулі, а саме: «Теорія і практика навчання та виховання у вищій школі», «Інформаційно-комунікаційні технології в освіті», «Психологічні аспекти викладацької діяльності», «Ґендер в освітніх практиках сектору безпеки і оборони». Проаналізовано роботу двотижневих курсів підвищення кваліфікації для керівного резерву університету.The article deals with the concept of "professional competence of a teacher". This concept is understood as an integrative formation of personality. It includes a set of professional knowledge, abilities, skills, experience, value orientations, and motives of activity and personal qualities, which allow carrying out the successful pedagogical activity taking into account specifics of a subject that is taught in accordance with state educational standards. The structure of the professional competence of a teacher of higher education establishment is presented as a set of the following components: motivational, cognitive, active, reflexive, emotional and volitional, which are interconnected and interdependent. The experience of organizing and providing the intra-university advanced training in the higher education establishments with specific studying conditions is highlighted in the article. Particular attention is paid to the activity of the School of developing teaching competence, which operates at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. The purpose of training which consists in the professional development and improvement of the teaching skills of the academic staff is formulated in accordance with modern requirements for effective educational activities on the basis of the competence, the integrated and student oriented approaches and the principles of "partnership pedagogy". The forms of training and assessment are distinguished here, these are the following: institutional (full-time, part-time) and distance studying technologies. The types of training sessions, which include the lectures, the distance courses, the seminars, the workshops, the trainings, the master classes using modern approaches and techniques, are defined here. The general and professional competencies that should be formed by the teachers of higher education establishments with specific studying conditions are determined in the article. The program studying outcomes, the achievement of which is aimed at studying at the School, are also mentioned here. The content of education, which includes four content modules, is characterized too. The four content modules are the following: "Theory and practice of education in higher education establishment", "Information and communication technologies in education", "Psychological aspects of teaching", "Gender in educational practices in the security and defense sector". The activity of two-week advanced training for the university management reserve is analyzed in the article.uk_UA
