| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено проблемам, пов’язаним із правовою регламентацією початку досудового розслідування та відповідної діяльності уповноважених суб’єктів. Зазначено проблемні питання, що містяться в нормах Кримінального процесуального кодексу України, що стосуються процедури початку досудового розслідування у кримінальному провадженні. Визначено невідповідність застосування норм кримінального процесуального законодавства працівниками правоохоронних органів, з’ясовано особливості реагування на отриману інформацію про ймовірне вчинення кримінального правопорушення та особливості внесення відповідних відомостей до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань. The article is devoted to the problems related to the legal regulation of the initiation of pre-trial investigation and the corresponding activity of authorized subjects. Problematic issues contained in the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine concerning the procedure for starting a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings are indicated. The inconsistency in the application of the norms of criminal procedural legislation by law enforcement officers was determined, the specifics of responding to received information about the alleged commission of a criminal offense and the specifics of entering relevant information into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations were clarified. | |
