Abstract
Щорічна тенденція щодо збільшення попиту на органічну продукцію актуалізує необхідність дослідження правових аспектів її реалізації, адже саме в нормативно-правових актах мають закладатися базові аспекти регулювання обігу такої продукції. Встановлено, що умови реалізації органічної сільськогосподарської продукції є важливою складовою організаційно-правового механізму органічного виробництва. The annual trend of increasing demand for organic products actualizes the need to study the legal aspects of their sale because the basic aspects of the regulation of circulation of such products should be laid down in the normative legal acts. It was established that the conditions for the sale of organic agricultural products are an important component of the organizational and legal mechanism of organic production.
