| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню особливостей нормативно-правового закріплення повноважень Верховного Головнокомандувача Збройних Сил України в контексті історичного розвитку законотворчих процесів в незалежній Україні, розбудови її державності та становлення системи державного управ- ління у сферах національної безпеки і оборони. Прослідковано та проаналізо- вано еволюцію конституційного закріплення повноважень Президента України у зазначених сферах та концептуального визначення місця та обсягу повнова- жень Верховного Головнокомандувача Збройних Сил України. The article is devoted to research of peculiarities of the legislative consolidation of powers of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the context of the historical development of law-making processes in independent Ukraine, the development of its statehood, and the formation of the system of public administration in the field of the national security and defense. The evolution of the constitutional consolidation of powers of the President of Ukraine in the specified field and the conceptual definition of the place and scope of powers of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been monitored and analyzed. | |
