Abstract
У роботі автором визначено особливості доктринального розуміння природи та змісту антрополого-комунікативного методологічного підходу як елементу системи методології наукового пізнання. Досліджено теоретико-правові аспекти застосування антрополого-комунікативного методологічного підходу до пізнання права. Встановлено пізнавальний потенціал антрополого-комунікативного методологічного підходу щодо виокремлення та характеристики пізнавальних аспектів права. З’ясовано природу та зміст антрополого-комунікативного методологічного підходу. The author defines the features of the doctrinal understanding of nature and the content of anthropological and communicative methodological approach as an element of the system of methodology of scientific cognition. The theoretical and legal aspects of the application of the anthropological-communicative methodological approach to the knowledge of law are investigated. The cognitive potential of the anthropo-communicative methodological approach to the identification and characteristics of cognitive aspects of law is established. The nature and content of anthropological and communicative methodological approach are found out.
