| dc.description.abstract | Автором уводиться в науковий обіг словосполучення «конотація кіберпростору». Внаслідок застосування міждисциплінарного підходу, по-новому подається та інтерпретується мова ворожнечі в кіберпросторі, а сам кіберпростір розглядається як окрема сфера життєдіяльності людини. Визначено основні особливості та характеристику конотації кіберпростору. Аргументовано, що в рамках кіберпростору сформується власна мова – кібермова. Наголошено на необхідності правового регулювання розвитку кібермови й конотації в кіберпросторі як складових елементів державної кібербезпекової політики. The author introduces the phrase «connotation of cyberspace». The application of an interdisciplinary approach has allowed a new way of interpreting the language of hate in cyberspace. The cyberspace itself is considered as an independent and separate sphere of human activity. The basic features and characteristics of the connotation of cyberspace are determined. It is argued that within the framework of cyberspace a language which is inherent only to a given space is formed, which the author proposes to call cyber-language. Particular attention is paid to the issues of the legal regulation of the development of cyber-language, including the connotations of cyberspace as part of the state policy of cybersecurity. | |
