| dc.description.abstract | Наукова стаття присвячена розгляду деяких аспектів розслідування групового порушення громадського порядку. Здійснюється криміналістичний аналіз особи злочинця як елементу криміналістичної характеристики визначеного протиправного діяння для більш швидкого та ефективного їх розслідування. Зазначається, що особа злочинця є важливим елементом визначеної наукової категорії під час розслідування групового порушення громадського порядку. Загалом зазначений складник є основою для суб’єктивного дослідження вивчення кримінального правопорушення, відповідно до якого проводиться досудове розслідування. Крім того, її значення важливе для подальшого етапу розслідування в аспекті проведення окремих слідчих (розшукових) та інших процесуальних дій. The scientific article is devoted to the consideration of some aspects of the investigation of group violation of public order. A forensic analysis of the identity of the offender as an element of the forensic characterization of a certain illegal act is carried out for a faster and more effective investigation. It is noted that the identity of the offender is an important element of a certain scientific category in the investigation of group violations of public order. In general, this component is the basis for a subjective study of the study of a criminal offense, according to which a pre-trial investigation is conducted. In addition, its significance is important for the further stage of the investigation in terms of conducting individual investigative (search) and other procedural actions. | |
