Abstract
У статті досліджується фінансова діяльність держави та органів місцевого самоврядування в сучасних умовах ринкових реформувань в Україні. Акцентується увага на необхідності створення, реалізації й дієвості застосування ефективних принципів розподілу бюджетних коштів на державному та місцевих рівнях в умовах обмежених фінансових ресурсів для формування збалансованих бюджетів. The article deals with the financial activities of the state and local governments in the current conditions of market reforms in Ukraine. The emphasis is on the necessity to create, implement and efficiently apply the effective principles of the distribution of budgetary funds at the state and local levels under conditions of limited financial resources for the formation of balanced budgets.
