Abstract
У статті досліджено поняття безпеки ринку праці та охарактеризовано умови її формування з позицій особливостей сучасної динаміки економічного розвитку і зумовленою цими процесами трансформацією системи зайнятості. Встановлено, що основною умовою безпеки ринку праці є формування можливостей для діяльності, що забезпечує адекватне отримання доходів, або ж ситуація, за якої досягається збалансування попиту і пропозиції на ринку праці. In the article the notion of the labor market security is researched and the conditions of its formation from the point of the peculiarities of the modern dynamics of economic development and the employment system's transformation resulted by these processes are described. The purpose of the work is to determine the content and conditions of the labor market security formation according to modern theoretical and methodological approaches.
