| dc.description.abstract | В статті здійснено дослідження наукових позиція, а також аналіз нормативно-правових актів щодо розуміння системи суб’єктів ювенальної превенції. Запропоновано, під суб’єктом ювенальної превенції слід визнати орган державної влади, орган місцевого самоврядування, їх посадову чи службову особу, іншу фізичну чи юридичну особу при здійсненні ними соціальних, економічних, виховних, психологічних та правових заходів впливу на суспільство, родину, окремих фізичних та юридичних осіб з метою усунення факторів, що детермінують девіантну поведінку дітей у будь-яких її негативних проявах. На підставі визначення поняття системи суб’єктів ювенальної превенції запропоновано відповідну її класифікацію: 1) загальнополітичні суб’єкти; 2) суб’єкти загальної компетенції; 3) основні суб’єкти; 4) спеціальні суб’єкти; 5) додаткові суб’єкти; 6) спеціалізовані суб’єкти; 7) суб’єкти з повноваженнями учасника превентивно-виховних заходів. The article researches scientific positions, as well as an analysis of legal acts regarding the understanding of the system of juvenile prevention subjects. It is proposed that the subject of juvenile prevention should be recognized as a body of state power, a body of local self-government, their official or official, another natural or legal entity when they implement social, economic, educational, psychological and legal measures of influence on society, family, individual physical and legal entities in order to eliminate the factors that determine the deviant behavior of children in any of its negative manifestations. Based on the definition of the system of subjects of juvenile prevention, its appropriate classification is proposed: 1) general political subjects; 2) subjects of general competence; 3) main subjects; 4) special subjects; 5) additional subjects; 6) specialized subjects; 7) subjects with the authority of a participant in preventive and educational measures. A special place in the system of juvenile prevention subjects of the National Police units regarding the implementation of preventive work has been determined. It was emphasized that the units of the National Police carry out preventive (prophylactic) activities aimed at preventing children from committing criminal and administrative offenses, identifying the causes and conditions that contribute to this, taking measures within their competence to eliminate them, etc. | |
