Abstract
У статті розкривається зміст конституційного принципу рівного виборчого права, досліджуються різні його аспекти, здійснюється аналіз виборчого законодавства щодо закріплення і гарантування реалізації принципу рівного виборчого права. The article reveals the content of the constitutional principle of electoral law, explores its various aspects, analyzes the electoral legislation regarding the consolidation and guarantee of the implementation of the principle of electoral law.
