Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню основних особливостей правової природи привілеїв та імунітетів Багатостороннього агентства гарантування інвестицій (БАГІ). Окрема увага зосереджується на аналізі судового імунітету БАГІ, імунітету архівів, майна й активів, а також привілеїв у сфері оподаткування та забезпечення офіційних зносин. The article is dedicated to the research of privileges and immunities of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA). Separate attention is attracted to the analysis of the immunity from legal process, immunities of property, assets and archives of the MIGA, privileges in the sphere of taxation and official communications.
