Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню структури адміністративно-правового статусу державного службовця правоохоронного органу. Визначено, що державна служба в системі правоохоронних органів опосе- редковує специфіку структури правового статусу державного службовця. Звернуто увагу, що правовий статус – це загальна, комплексно-універсальна, різноаспектна, цілісна категорія, що має чітку структуру та визначає принципи взаємодії між суб’єктами суспільних відносин, а також місце кожного в існуючій системі правових відносин. The article is devoted to the study of the structure of the administrative фтв legal status of a civil servant of a law enforcement agency. It is determined that civil service in the system of law enforcement agencies mediates the specifics of the structure of the legal status of a civil servant.
The author notes that the legal status is a general, integrated, multifaceted, holistic category that has a clear structure and defines the principles of interaction between the subjects of public relations, as well as one’s position in the existing system of legal relations.
