| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню питань призначення юридичних процедур у праві соціального забезпечення України та розвитку їх правового регулювання. Нормативне регулювання відносин у сфері соціального забезпечення не може бути ефективним без належного супроводу на рівні юридичних процедур. Якщо законодавче правове регулювання у цій сфері суспільного буття здійснюється достатньо ефективно, то на підзаконному рівні залишається багато невирішених проблем. Частина їх стосується і юридичних процедур. Однією з причин такого стану справ є недостатня інтелектуальна складова, оскільки юридичним процедурам у вітчизняній науці права соціального забезпечення приділяється недостатня увага. Галузевій правовій науці не вистачає міцного підґрунтя, сформованого на досягненнях загальної теорії права та конституційного права. The article is devoted to the study of the purpose of legal procedures in the law of social security of Ukraine and the development of their legal regulation. Normative regulation of relations in the field of social security cannot be effective without proper support at the level of legal procedures. If the legislative regulation in this area of public life is carried out quite effectively, then there are many unresolved issues at the sub-legal level. Some of them also concern legal procedures. One of the reasons for this state of affairs is the insufficient intellectual component, as insufficient attention is paid to legal procedures in the domestic science of social security law. Branch legal science lacks a solid foundation formed on the achievements of the general theory of law and constitutional law. | |
