Abstract
Стаття присвячена проблемам відмежування знарядь і засобів вчинення злочину від предмета злочину. Досліджені основні наукові позиції вчених-криміналістів, висловлені у правовій літературі щодо зазначеного питання. Встановлено відмінні ознаки між аналізованими поняттями, що дозволяють відокремлювати знаряддя та засоби вчинення злочину від предмета злочину. The article is devoted to the problems of delimitation of tools and means of com- mitting a crime from the subject of a crime. The main scientific positions of the scien- tist-criminologists, expressed in the legal literature on the given question, are investigated. There are distinguished features between the analyzed concepts, which allow to separate the tools and means of committing a crime from the subject of crime.
