| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану муніципального законодавства та новітніх тенденцій його розвитку в умовах воєнного стану. Наголошується, що не зважаючи на воєнний стан реформа децентралізації продовжується та має на меті забезпечити ефективність механізму функціонування органів місцевого самоврядування, насамперед щодо забезпечення належної реалізації прав та свобод людини на рівні громади, а також врахування потреб особливо вразливих категорій громадян. The article is devoted to the study of the current state of municipal legislation and the latest trends in its development under martial law. It is emphasized that despite the state of war, the decentralization reform continues and aims to ensure the effectiveness of the mechanism of functioning of local self-government bodies, primarily in terms of ensuring the proper implementation of human rights and freedoms at the community level, as well as taking into account the needs of particularly vulnerable categories of citizens. | |
