Abstract
Статтю присвячено особливостям об’єкта правовідносин щодо відновлення земель як складника предмета земельного права. Досліджено наукові погляди стосовно об’єктів правовідносин. Зроблено висновок, що доцільно розмежовувати поняття «об’єкт правового регулювання» та «об’єкт правової мети». Запропоновано класифікацію відновлення земель. The article is devoted to the features of the object of legal relations in the field of land restoration as a component of the subject of land law. Scientific views on the objects of legal relations are researched. It is concluded that it is advisable to distinguish between concepts “the object of legal regulation” and “the object of legal purpose”. The classification of land restoration is proposed.
