Abstract
У статті здійснено компаративістське дослідження системи кримінально- правових покарань за вчинення екологічних злочинів. Автором здійснено порівняльно-правовий аналіз системи екологічних злочинів таких країн, як Республіка Казахстан, Республіка Польща, Литовська Республіка, та визначено систему покарань, що передбачена законодавством відповідних країн у випадку їх вчинення. The article carries out comparative studies of the system of criminal law penalties for committing environmental crimes. The author carried out a comparative legal analysis of the environmental crime system of such countries as the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Lithuania, and determined the punishment system provided for by the legislation of the respective countries if they were committed.
