| dc.description.abstract | У статті звертається увага на сутність освідування особи, як слідчої (розшукової) дії, при якій джерелом отримання доказів виступає жива людина. В зв’язку з чим акцентується увага на важливості дотримання всіх процесуальних гарантій прав і свобод учасників кримінального провадження, необхідність в освідуванні яких виникає в ході розслідування. The article draws attention to the essence of examination a person as an investigative (research) action, in which a living person is the source of obtaining evidence. In connection with this, attention is focused on the importance of observing all procedural guarantees of the rights and freedoms of participants in criminal proceedings, the need to exam which arises during the investigation. | |
