| dc.description.abstract | Поняття хабарництва, як відомо, властиве практично усім сферам життєдіяльності кожної людини. Поняття хабарництва виникло разом із формуванням суспільного ладу в кожній державі. Звичайно, на кожному етапі суспільного розвитку цьому явищу приділялась особлива увага, зокрема у сфері протидії йому як суспільно небезпечному діянню. При цьому автор вважає, що тотальне панування хабарництва в країні досягається завдяки поширенню цього явища в інституціях, котрі покликані запобігати та протидіяти хабарництву, тобто тими інституціями влади, до яких держава та суспільство мають надзвичайно високий рівень довіри, уповноважуючи спеціальними функціями. З огляду на це автор статті визначає сутність хабарництва, його різновиди та обставини, які підлягають доказуванню в хабарництві. Peleshok Ya. V. Investigation of bribery as a form of corruption. The concept of bribery, as we know, is inherent in almost all spheres of life. The concept of bribery arose along with the formation of social order in each state. Of course, at each stage of social development, this phenomenon was given special attention, in particular in the field of combating this phenomenon as a socially dangerous act. At the same time, the author believes that the total dominance of bribery in the country is achieved through the spread of this phenomenon in institutions designed to prevent and combat bribery, ie, those institutions of power to which the state and society give an extremely high level of trust. Given this, the author of the article identified the essence of bribery, its types and circumstances that are subject to proof in bribery. | |
