| dc.description.abstract | У процесі виконання міжнародних зобов‟язань, умов на кандидатство в члени Європейського Союзу актуалізується потреба вивчення теоретичних і практичних аспектів низки важливих процедур, принципів й інших засад здійснення сучасних реформ. Це посилюється системними трансформаціями національної правової системи, частими кадровими змінами у владних інституціях, неефективністю державної антикорупційної політики, виявами недоброчесності в судових та інших органах публічної влади в Україні, недовірою до них населення. В умовах дії правового режиму воєнного стану ці проблеми загострюються. In the process of fulfilling international obligations, conditions for candidacy for membership of the European Union, the need to study the theoretical and practical aspects of a number of important procedures, principles and other bases for the implementation of modern reforms becomes actualized. This is exacerbated by systemic transformations of the national legal system, frequent personnel changes in power institutions, ineffectiveness of the state anti-corruption policy, demonstations of dishonesty in the judiciary and other public authorities in Ukraine, and public distrust of them. Under the conditions of the legal regime of martial law, these problems do not disappear, in some places they only worsen. | |
