Abstract
У статті розглянуто питання можливого застосування приватних детективних (розшукових) заходів у боротьбі з адміністративними правопорушеннями в корупційній сфері, а також наведено аргументи на користь надання суб’єктам приватної детективної діяльності законодавчих повноважень у сфері протидії корупції. In the article the questions of the possible use of private detective (investigation) actions in the struggle against administrative offenses in the sphere of corruption, and provides arguments in favor of giving to subjects of private detective activity legislative powers in the field of anti-corruption activities.
