Abstract
У статті зазначається, що під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень особа, яка проводить досудове розслідування, часто стикається з необхідністю пошуку та вивчення документів, які мали вагоме значення для вчинення цих протиправних дій. Зокрема, мова йде про використання неправдивих документів для оскарження досягнення незаконного плану, а також для приховування факту вчинення правопорушень чи причетності до зазначених діянь конкретної особи. Тому часто працівники органів досудового розслідування вимагають використовувати спеціальні знання в роботі щодо своєчасного виявлення, розкриття й розслідування кримінальних злочинів. Однією з форм використання таких знань є призначення відповідних судових експертиз. In the article, it was noted that during the investigation of criminal offenses, a person who conducts a pre-trial investigation often faces the need to search and study documents that were instrumental in committing these unlawful acts. In particular, it is a question of using false documents in order to facilitate the achievement of an illegal plan, as well as to conceal the fact of committing offenses or involvement in the specified acts of a particular person. Therefore, often the employees of the pretrial investigation bodies are obliged to use special knowledge in their work on timely detection, disclosure and investigation of criminal offenses. One of the forms of use of such knowledge is the appointment of appropriate forensic examinations.
