| dc.description.abstract | Об‟єктивно існуючі потреби українського суспільства, людства в цілому, обумовлені як прагненням до розвитку, покращення певних сфер життя, так і необхідністю відповіді на виклики, що вже постали перед ними, або які можна спрогнозувати з огляду на існуючу реальність, набутий досвід, спонукають до здійснення наукових розвідок та напрацювання практичних пропозицій стосовно концептуалізації правового (зокрема і конституційного) забезпечення їх вирішення (попередження, унормування). Важливим, при цьому, видається пізнання процесів новелізації Конституції України як основного джерела національної правової системи, підґрунтя поточного законодавства, зокрема, діалектики об‟єктивного та суб‟єктивного, дослідження інших, крім внесення змін до тексту, шляхів зміни конституційної реальності. The objectively existing needs of Ukrainian society, humanity as a whole, are determined both by the desire for development and improvement of certain spheres of life, and by the need to respond to the challenges that have already arisen before them, or that can be predicted in view of the existing reality, acquired experience, prompt to the implementation of scientific investigations and the development of practical proposals regarding the conceptualization of legal (in particular, constitutional) provision of their solution (prevention, normalization). At the same time, it seems important to know the processes of revising the Constitution of Ukraine as the main source of the national legal system, the basis of the current legislation, in particular, the dialectic of objective and subjective, research other than making changes to the text, ways of changing the constitutional reality. | |
