Abstract
У статті розкрито теоретичні аспекти інстуціоналізації інноваційного підприємства. Приділено увагу практичному та теоретичному доробку вчених, які досліджували дану тему. Констатовано, що центральним фактором при формуванні тривалих коливань у всіх сферах економічного життя є інновації. The article deals with theoretical aspects of institutionalization of innovation enterprise. The attention was paid to the practical and theoretical work of the scientists who studied this topic. It was stated that the main factor in the formation of prolonged fluctuations in all spheres of economic life is innovation.
