Abstract
У дисертації розроблено теоретичні положення та рекомендації щодо розслідування злочинів, пов’язаних зі знищенням, підробкою або заміною номерів вузлів та агрегатів транспортного засобу. Здійснено аналіз злочинів, пов’язаних зі знищенням, підробкою або зміною номерів вузлів та агрегатів транспортного засобу. Доведено, що ці злочини вчиняють в умовах неочевидності, вони мають груповий характер, з огляду на що процесуальним шляхом складно виявити обставини їх учинення та свідків. Обґрунтовано необхідність взаємодії всіх учасників досудового слідства щодо протидії зазначеній протиправній діяльності.The dissertation has developed theoretical positions and recommendations for investigating crimes related to the destruction, forgery or replacement of unit numbers and units of a vehicle. The analysis of crimes related to the destruction, forgery or change of the number of units and units of the vehicle has been analyzed. It is proved that these crimes are committed in uncertainty, they are of a group nature, given that it is difficult to find out the circumstances of their deeds and witnesses through the procedural way. The necessity of interaction of all participants of pre-trial investigation with regard to counteracting the specified illegal activity is substantiated.
