Abstract
У статті розглядаються проблеми правового регулювання у сфері освіти. Особливу увагу зосереджено на принципі доступності освітніх послуг. Визначено, що принцип доступності включає позадискримінаційну рівність права на отримання освітніх послуг, інтелектуальну, економічну, територіальну доступність.
